The following terms and conditions apply to items listed within the eShop products catalog. For amazon.com product selections, please refer to the terms listed within the About Us menu option that relates the terms applicable to the Amazon Associates Program. Any item purchased within our eShop catalog is bound by the following terms and conditions.


We are happy to review any comments or concerns related to shipping and packaging of our eShop products. We make every effort to ensure that your eShop orders are properly packaged and delivered safely to your home in a timely manner for your enjoyment.  Please understand that we must rely on a delivery service that is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for damage, delays, or loss of your order during shipment.

Damaged Product

Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 5 business days of the shipping delivery date. We will attempt to replace, at our sole discretion and based upon availability, any damaged or missing items that have been clearly documented and reported to us within the given time limits as stated above.


eShop products may be returned to us if the products are new, unopened and in original condition. The following restrictions apply. A return item fee to cover the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount and you are responsible for the product safety, condition, and applicable shipping charges for a return shipment. You must contact us within 5 business days of the shipping delivery date to obtain a return authorization number and to make arrangements for the return of your product.


We respect your privacy. We do not distribute or sell any of the information submitted to us during your eShop browsing term.
